Renishaw has a global support network of skilled staff, trained and equipped to provide you with technical assistance, whether remotely via phone or email, or directly at a customer site.

Installation and commissioning

Whether you have purchased direct from Renishaw or through one of our distribution channels, we have a global network of highly skilled engineers that are available to support all aspects of system installation and commissioning of systems.

Preventative maintenance

To avoid or mitigate the consequences of a system failure, Renishaw can offer various levels of preventative maintenance plans, either sold as a one-off purchase, or covered as part of a support agreement.

Our preventative plans can include either a partial or complete overhaul of Renishaw products at specified periods that suit your own maintenance schedule.

For CMM and dental products, you can also request a Renconnect session with one of our support engineers who can remotely take control of your system. For more information about this service please click here.
